Terms
Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to your use of this website and to any academic support you request from Assessment Help Australia. Please read them before sending an enquiry.
Nature of the service
We provide academic support: help understanding assessment requirements, assessment planning, research guidance, academic writing support, proofreading, editing, referencing guidance and feedback on drafts you have written. We do not write, complete or submit graded assessments, and we do not sit examinations or online tests.
No guarantee of outcomes
We do not guarantee grades, marks, pass results or any other academic outcome. Results depend on your own work, your learning, the assessment requirements and your institution's marking criteria.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content, originality and submission of your own work.
- You must comply with your institution's academic integrity, assessment and referencing rules. See our Academic Integrity Policy.
- You should provide accurate information about your task, requirements and deadline so the support we describe is suitable.
- You should only send material you are permitted to share.
Enquiries, scope and agreement
An enquiry is a request for information, not a binding agreement. Support proceeds only once the scope and any applicable fee have been discussed and agreed with you. We may decline a request that falls outside the support described above or that would conflict with academic integrity requirements.
Timeframes
We aim to respond promptly, but availability depends on workload and how close your deadline is. We will tell you honestly if we cannot give useful support within your timeframe.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the work you write. Content on this website, including guidance material, remains the property of Assessment Help Australia and may not be republished without permission.
Website content
Information on this website is general in nature and provided for educational purposes. Academic requirements differ between institutions, faculties and units; always follow your own course materials and official institutional guidance.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to providing the agreed support again or refunding the amount paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
Changes
We may update these terms as our service develops. The version published on this page applies to enquiries made after it is published.
